At Be Kind, we create slow fashion with intention — each piece is made thoughtfully and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Returns We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bekind-store.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sale & Discounted Items All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased during promotions, with discount codes, or marked as sale.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your full-price item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bekind-store.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Address Please send all eligible returns to our fulfillment partner at the address below. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
